Booking: A reservation should be written and only in exceptional cicumstances will reservations be accepted if made orally. Reservations will be confirmed. Special requests and other arrangements are only valid if confirmed in writing by the House. Confirmation of the reservation makes the contract legally binding.
Payment: On receipt of confirmation of the reservation a deposit of 40% of the total amount is required. At least 4 weeks before the planned date of arrival the balance of the payment must be payed. Any other outstanding charges will be made at the end of the stay. Services: Our services are clearly given in the respective documents and depend on written agreements. Services partly used or not used can be refunded.
Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival a refund of money paid can be made, less 50€ fee. For cancellations made in under 8 weeks before the date of arrival part of the costs of the stay will be retained as follows: 8-6 weeks 40%, 6-4 weeks 60%, 4-3 weeks 75%, less than 3 weeks full payment of the down payment.
We recommend that clients take out their own insurance which includes cancellation of a holiday.
In the case of the House cancelling the booking all money paid will be refunded.
Liability: The House is not liable in the case of accidents caused by personal regligence or of material damage or the loss of personal property. The House is only covered for its own liability.
